Marcelo Amado is the person responsible for how Pratika handles your information. If you have any question about this policy, or about information you've shared with us, he — or a member of the Pratika team acting on his behalf — is who you'll reach through the contact channels below.

We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not collect information about you passively or without your action.

• Become a Customer form: legal company name, trade name, country, business address, city, state/province, postal code, website, social profile, contact name, position, business email, phone, WhatsApp number, estimated monthly volume, order size, models of interest, preferred grades, purchase frequency, primary markets, freight forwarder, and forwarder address — whichever fields you choose to fill in.
• WhatsApp messages: whatever you write to us when you open a conversation with our sales number, along with the phone number and WhatsApp profile information WhatsApp itself shares with us.
• Direct contact: any information you send us directly by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

This website does not use cookies today. We don't set any cookie for language preference, session tracking, or any other purpose — this website is in English only, so there is no language preference to store. If that ever changes, we will update this section before any cookie is set.

We have not connected any analytics platform (such as Google Analytics) to this website in production. The site's code is prepared to measure basic interactions in the future, but as of the date below, that code does nothing when you visit the live site — no usage data is collected, stored, or sent to any analytics provider.

We have not installed the Meta Pixel or any other advertising-tracking tool on this website. No data about your visit is sent to Meta, Google, or any advertising platform through this site today.

When you tap a WhatsApp button on this site or on the Become a Customer form, your browser opens a conversation with our official sales number, +1 561-430-7675, with a message already suggested — you choose whether to send it. That conversation happens on WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp Inc./Meta and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, which we don't control. We only receive and read what you actually send us there.

The Become a Customer form does not save your information to a database — submitting it only opens a WhatsApp conversation with the details you typed, on your own device. A copy of what you submit is also logged, temporarily and only for our own internal reference, on our servers; we have not yet built a permanent customer database. Anything you send us on WhatsApp is kept as part of our normal WhatsApp conversation history for as long as it's useful to our business relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, analytics companies, or data brokers, because we don't currently work with any. The only parties involved in handling your information besides Pratika itself are WhatsApp/Meta, when you choose to message us there, and our hosting provider (Vercel), which serves this website.

This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. WhatsApp applies its own security and encryption to the messages you send us. Because we don't yet operate a customer database, there is no stored customer database on our side that could be exposed in a breach today — the information you share lives in your own WhatsApp conversation with us and, briefly, in our server logs.

Wherever you're contacting us from, you can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have from you.
• Correct information that's wrong.
• Delete information you've shared with us.
• Stop contacting you.

We will honor these requests through the same contact channels below, within a reasonable time.

If the tools or practices described here change — for example, if we connect an analytics platform, install the Meta Pixel, or build a customer database — we will update this page and the date above before doing so.
